Accessing, browsing and using this website implies unconditional acceptance of these terms. If you do not agree, please do not proceed with using the website or making purchases.
3. Products
SIOR offers botanical cosmetics. All products:
Are manufactured in a licensed cosmetics laboratory
Are notified on the EU Cosmetic Products Notification Portal (CPNP)
Come with a full ingredient list (INCI) in accordance with EU Regulation 1223/2009
Are not tested on animals (cruelty-free)
Product photos are for illustration purposes. There may be slight variations in colour or texture due to the natural botanical ingredients, without this affecting the quality of the product.
4. Prices
All prices are shown in euros (€) and include the applicable VAT. SIOR reserves the right to change prices at any time without notice, without this affecting orders already completed.
5. Orders
An order is completed only after:
Successful payment confirmation (for online payments)
Receipt of an order confirmation email from us
SIOR reserves the right to cancel an order in the event of:
Product unavailability
An obvious pricing error
Inability to verify payment details
Suspected misuse
In any such case, the customer will be informed immediately and the amount will be refunded in full.

SIOR products are intended for external use only. Please read the directions for use and the ingredient list before use. If you have a known allergy to any ingredient, do not use the product. In case of irritation, stop use and consult a dermatologist.
SIOR is not liable for allergic reactions or side effects caused by personal sensitivity to ingredients that are clearly listed on the label.

SIOR makes every effort to ensure that the information on this website is accurate and up to date. However, it is not liable for any typographical errors or omissions. Use of the website is at the user's sole responsibility.

These terms are governed by Greek law and European legislation. The courts of Chalkida shall have jurisdiction over any dispute.
