Return Policy

At SIOR "Nature Knows" we make sure that every product reaches you with the same care with which it is made. If you wish to return a product, the following applies:

Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days of receiving the product, in accordance with Greek consumer protection law 2251/1994.

Return conditions

For reasons of hygiene and safety — as these are cosmetic products — returns are accepted only if all of the following conditions are met:

The product is in its original sealed packaging

The safety seal is intact

The protective caps of the lid are intact

The product has not been opened or used

The packaging is undamaged

Products that have been used, opened or have a broken safety seal cannot be accepted for return, for reasons of public health and the safety of other consumers.

Defective products

If you receive a product that is defective or different from the one you ordered, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery, sending photos to siornatureknows@gmail.com. In this case, SIOR covers the full cost of replacement or return.

Return procedure

1. Contact us at siornatureknows@gmail.com or +30 6972 404343, stating your intention to return the product and your order number.

2. You will receive shipping instructions.

3. Send the product to the address provided, at your own arrangement and cost.

4. Once we receive the product and check its condition, we will refund you within 14 days using the same payment method you used.

Return shipping costs

Return shipping costs are borne by the customer, unless the product is defective or was sent in error.

Right of refusal

SIOR "Nature Knows" reserves the right to refuse a return if the product has been opened, used, is missing its safety seal, or its condition does not allow resale. In this case, the product will be sent back to the customer at the customer's shipping cost.
