Shipping Policy

At SIOR "Nature Knows", we make sure every order reaches you quickly, safely, and in the same excellent condition in which it left our workshop.

1. Shipping areas

We ship to:

Greece (mainland and islands)

Cyprus

For orders outside the above areas, please contact us at siornatureknows@gmail.com to make special arrangements.

2. Shipping costs

Greece:

€6.00 for orders up to €69.99

FREE for orders of €70.00 and above

Cyprus:

€15.00 (shipped via ELTA Courier)

Cash on delivery:

Available for deliveries within Greece, at no extra charge

3. Order processing time

Each order is processed within 1–3 business days from payment confirmation. As our products are made in small batches with fresh botanical ingredients, we make sure they are delivered in the best possible condition.

During high-demand periods (holidays, promotions), processing time may be extended. You will be informed in good time.

4. Delivery time

Greece:

Mainland: 1–3 business days after dispatch

Islands: 2–5 business days after dispatch

Cyprus:

5–8 business days after dispatch

The above times are approximate and depend on the courier company. SIOR is not responsible for delays caused by third parties (strikes, weather conditions, holidays, etc.).

5. Order tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number, which you can use to track your delivery.

6. Receiving your order

Upon delivery, please check:

That the outer packaging (box) is intact

That the security seal of the parcel and the products is unbroken

That the product you received matches your order

If there is visible damage to the packaging upon delivery:

Do not accept the parcel without noting the damage in writing to the courier, or

Photograph the damage and contact us within 24 hours

7. Failed delivery – unable to contact

If the courier company is unable to deliver your order (incorrect address, no contact, extended absence) and the parcel is returned to us:

We will contact you to arrange a new shipment

The cost of reshipping is borne by the customer

8. Incorrect address

Please check your shipping details carefully before completing your order. If you notice a mistake, contact us immediately at +30 6972 404343 — as long as the order has not yet been shipped, we can correct it.

9. Courier partners

For our shipments we work with reliable courier companies such as ELTA Courier, ACS, Geniki Taxydromiki and others, depending on the destination.
